Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refunds
Rescheduling of appointment can be done free of charge, if such rescheduling is done one (1) hour prior to the confirmed appointment time. you may contact the Collection center or LHD customer hotline 0117811411 for rescheduling.
Booking cancellation is only permitted if it is cancelled one (01) hour prior to the appointment. The booking cancellation can be done by contacting the collection center or LHD customer hotline 0117811411. Telephone calls or e-mails will be accepted as a proper medium for booking cancellation.
A partial refund (50%) of the payment made by the customer will be refunded for no shows. Full refund will be made if the appointment is cancelled in accordance with Booking Cancelation procedure stated above.
